Combine Phase A and mix well using a dispersing blade until smooth and uniform. In a separate vessel, combine Phase B and mix well. Emulsify by adding Phase B to Phase A under low shear (~450-900 rpm). Then increase speed to 2000 rpm for three minutes. Add Phase C at a lower speed (~1400 rpm) and mix well until homogenous.
