Combine Phase A1 using a dispersing blade and mix until homogenous. In a side vessel, combine Phase B with simple stirring. Emulsify by adding Phase B to Phase A under low shear ~400-900rpm. Then, increase speed to 3,000rpm for 5 minutes. Premix Phase C1 using a three-roller mill. Add Phase C2 to Phase C1 and mix well first, then add to Phase AB around 1,000rpm and mix 1-2 minutes until smooth and uniform.
Stability: F/T 3 Cycles (-20°C/RT): Passed. 25°C, 50°C. 3 Months: Passed. Appearance: Medium beige cream. Viscosity: Brookfield RV Spindle 6, Speed 20, 1 min @ 25°C —24 hr ~ 24,250 cp.
