Combine A1 and mix well using a dispersing blade until smooth & uniform. Add A2 and mix until smooth and uniform. In a sep. vessel, combine B and mix with simple stirring. Emulsify by adding B to A around 700-900 rpm then increase speed to 2200 rpm for 3 min. Premix C2 in a separate vessel. Add C1 followed by C2 to the main vessel one at a time until homogenous. Add D (premixed with three roller mill) and continue mixing for 2 min. at 1100 rpm.
Appearance: Beige fluid lotion. 24-hr Viscosity: Brookfield Spindle RV3, speed 20, 1 min @ 25°C ~ 1,100-1600 cps. Stability: F/T 2 cycles (-20°C/RT): Passed; 4°C, 25°C, 40°C, 50°C-3 Months: Passed.
