Weight Phase A, mix well. Heat Phase A to 75°C in bain-marie. Weight Phase B, mix well. Add Phase B to Phase A and stir well for 30 minutes at 75°C in bain-marie. Add Phase C to previous phase with strong rotor stator stirring. Weight Phase D, mix well. Adjust the pH with Phase D, stir well. Add Phase E to the previous phase, mix well. Add Phase F to the previous phase, below 40°C, mix well. Add Phase G to the previous phase, mix well.
Appearance: Pale yellow opaque cream; pH= 6.60 +/-0.50; Viscosity: 40.000 cps ± 10% Sp.93, 2.5rpm, 1 minute, 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime. Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C. Centrifuge: 10 minute @ 3,000rpm and 1 x -80°C/+25°C 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20 minutes @ 120°C.
