Procedure

Phase A - Combine in main vessel and begin heating to 65°C. Phase B - Combine in side vessel and begin heating to 75-80°C. Continue mixing at temperature until all of the Endicare AB is fully dispersed, then add to Phase A with shear mixing. Discontinue heat. Phase C - At 45°C or below, add Phase C to Phase AB with continued shear mixing. Batch will thicken. Phase D - At 35°C, add Phase D to Phase ABC in formula order. Phase E - Pre-mix Phase E and add to batch.
