In partnership with Statista, Forbes compiled a list of the world’s top companies to work for as a woman. The ranking was developed via a survey of approximately 70,000 women across 37 countries.

In the survey, women were asked questions about their employer regarding gender-specific issues as well as overall recommendation of the company to friends/family. Women in the survey also had to rate their and other companies within their respective industries.

The raking was determined by survey results and combined data points on how these multinational companies support women in and outside of the workplace.

According to the World Economic Forum 2023 Global Gender Gap Report, only about 32% of women hold senior leadership positions, despite the fact that women make up 29.2% of STEM workers and more than 60% of scientists, engineers and technical professionals.

Out of the top 400 companies, the following is where top household, beauty, skincare, and fragrance companies stand.
