YSE Beauty has named Doreen Arbel as chief executive officer.

The appointment comes as the Molly Sims-founded skincare brand enters its next phase of expansion in the prestige market.

“Doreen has a rare ability to blend entrepreneurial agility with strategic rigor,” said Sims. “Her track record of accelerating growth while strengthening operational foundations makes her uniquely suited for this next chapter at YSE.”

Tenures at Charlotte Tilbury and Beyond

Arbel brings more than a quarter-century of experience across both founder-led indie brands and billion-dollar global beauty houses. She most recently served as North America general manager of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where she played a key role in scaling the brand’s presence at Sephora and across North America. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles at YSL Beauté, Lancôme and Armani Beauty, building strategic growth roadmaps, accelerating retail expansion, and driving long term enterprise value.

“YSE has built real resonance by delivering high efficacy skincare with clarity and purpose for busy women who want results without complexity,” said Arbel. “My focus will be on scaling that strong foundation thoughtfully while staying true to the community.”
