Cetaphil is seeking to fill a “significant gap” in the skincare market for people with sensitive skin seeking relief from stress-induced damage.

The Galderma-owned brand’s new AM/PM Antioxidant Serum System is powered by Gallic-AOX Power Technology, a patent-pending complex with gallic acid to reduce redness, aging and irritation while brightening skin. Vitamin E works to neutralize free radicals more efficiently than traditional antioxidants like vitamin C without triggering irritation, according to the brand. The innovation builds on emerging research linking oxidative stress and barrier disruption to sensitive skin flare-ups, reinforced by new findings in collaboration with Galderma’s Global Sensitive Skincare faculty.

Brand officials say 74% of people globally experience skin sensitivity; sensitive skin shows 16% higher oxidative stress in the skin versus non-sensitive skin under modern environmental conditions.
Cetaphil’s AM/PM Antioxidant Serums were clinically designed specifically for sensitive, stressed skin, delivering advanced antioxidant defense by day and accelerated repair by night, with visible results in one week.

Complementary System

The complementary system works with the skin’s natural rhythm.

AM Advanced Defense Serum defends against pollution, stress and blue light while strengthening the barrier—powered by niacinamide and triple hyaluronic acid for hydration and resilience.

PM Repair & Renew Serum supports overnight recovery with two-times faster skin barrier repair, helping restore stressed, sensitive skin for visibly plumper, more even-looking skin in seven days. Key ingredients include hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5, cica and bifida ferment.
