Olaplex has released what it’s calling the “next evolution” of its No. 3 Treatment: No. 3 Plus.

Powered by patented Bond Building Technology and the brand’s newly developed Damage Defense Cationic Complex, No.3 Plus is clinically proven to reverse hair damage in one use. This three-minute, pre-shampoo treatment repairs all three hair bonds from the inside-out while softening, strengthening and helping prevent future breakage – for all hair types and forms of damage.

Core Ingredients

No. 3 Plus contains a patented Bond Building Technology and Damage Defense Cationic Complex. It rebuilds and strengthens all three bonds in hair’s cortex and cuticle. Natural Humectant Derived From L-Glutamic Acid improves manageability and infuses moisture. Crambe Abyssinica Seed, Avocado and Sunflower Seed Oils reduce frizz and flyaways, and improves smoothness.

According to the brand, No. 3 Plus reverses hair damage in one use (tested on bleached hair); provides three times stronger hair after four uses; provides three times softer hair versus bleached hair; and provides 75% stronger internal hair structure over time.

‘Science Never Looked So Good’

With the new launch, Olaplex has released a corresponding campaign, “Science Never Looked So Good,” featuring Saturday Night Live cast member Chloe Fineman as the brand’s chief hair officer.

The film pulls back the curtain on the brand’s science-driven heritage while making the complex technology behind No.3 Plus engaging and accessible.
