New activations, immersive experiences and high-level education on tap for May 19-20 in New York City.
February 2, 2026

Editor-in-Chief
With the calendar turned to February, the beauty industry is moving ever closer to spring—and with that, excitement about the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists’ Suppliers Day heats up.
This year’s event will be held at the Javits Center in New York City on May 19-20.
“Our industry is evolving faster than ever. We are pushing beyond traditional categories, redefining performance, sustainability, inclusivity and wellness, and using science as the catalyst to create beauty that is smarter, more responsible and more impactful,” said Anushka Nadkarni, 2026 chair of the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC).
This year’s theme, Breaking Beauty Boundaries with Science, is an encapsulation of that sentiment—and it will come to life across education, innovation and immersive experiences on the show floor, according to NYSCC.
“It will be a true hub for discovery, connection, and scientific advancement,” Nadkarni said about what is the US beauty industry’s premier event, drawing thousands each year.
Suppliers’ Day 2025 welcomed more than 11,500 attendees and 675 exhibitors from 74 countries.
New this year at NYSCC Suppliers’ Day will be a show-floor activation, the Catalyst Corner; expanded sensory and K-Beauty programming; and a live stream of NYSCC’s new podcast, “The Science Shaping Beauty.”
Additionally, through partnerships with Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), the Independent Beauty Association (IBA), and Florida Chapter of SCC, Suppliers’ Day 2026 will spotlight the people, technologies and ideas that are “truly breaking boundaries and shaping what’s next,” according to Nadkarni.
For example, CEW will host a “Connections” event during the show and IBA will lead a post-show regulatory forum on May 21, extending the conversation beyond the show floor.
Registration is now open for attendees and block rates for hotels are accessible through the NYSCC Suppliers’ Day housing partner, onPeak.
