The FDA and Signature Formulations, LLC, Scottsdale, AZ, are recalling select natural mouthwash and toothpaste for cGMP (current good manufacturing practice) deviations. Products were local to Arizona retailers.

The recall includes 570 bottles of ORL kids mouthwash, bubblegum flavor, 16.9 oz. (500ml) per bottle. Lot #: 250505P9 with an expiration date of 05/27.

It also cites 1,458 containers of ORL kids natural toothpaste, bubblegum flavor, 4 oz (120ml). Lot #: 250520P4 with an expiration date also of 05/27.
