L’Oréal plans to upgrade its manufacturing plant in Gauchy, France. The site produces products for its Luxe Division.

According to reports, the investment will enable the beauty giant to ramp up production to accommodate 200 million perfume bottles per year.

The Gauchy site currently handles Lancôme perfumes and will likely take on new production from L’Oréal’s deal with Kering, which will include scents under the Gucci and Balenciaga banners.

L’Oréal operates 26 plants around the world.
