iLABS has tapped Sylvain (Max) Maur as senior vice president of sales.

In this role, Maur will help drive iLABS’ next phase of growth by deepening existing partnerships and expanding the company’s customer base.

Maur is a C-level executive with more than two decades of beauty industry experience, blending a chemical-engineering background with seasoned sales leadership and a strong, customer-first approach.

Maur advises private equity firms and the boards of brands and raw material suppliers invested in the beauty and food upcycling sectors. He has worked across the industry value chain—from ingredient formulation to finished goods manufacturing—offering a 360-degree view of cost structures, operations and consumer trends.
