Coptis Appoints Pauline Caron as Chief Product Officer

She brings expertise in the tech and innovation sectors.

Coptis announced the return of Pauline Caron to its team as Chief Product Officer (CPO).

She is no stranger to Coptis—Caron previously held the position of Product Manager from 2019 to 2021, where she played a key role in project management, identifying user needs, prioritizing product development and optimizing internal processes. This experience gave her a strategic understanding of the challenges linked to the digital transformation of cosmetic laboratories.

Following her first experience at Coptis, Caron broadened her expertise by taking on strategic roles in the tech and innovation sectors, including freelance Product Manager at Eatwith and Chief Product Officer at Les Clés. She is also the founder of Le podcast d’ector., a socially engaged media initiative addressing workplace suffering and related issues.

Holding a Master’s degree in Molecular Chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University, Caron combines scientific expertise, product management experience and a strong digital vision. Her return to Coptis marks a key milestone in strengthening the company’s product strategy and advancing the integration of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence applied to cosmetic formulation.
