In a side vessel, combine Phase A1 and heat to 70°C with mixing. Continue mixing for 10-15 mins at 70°C until the solution is clear. Cool down to 25°C. Add Phase A2 ingredients to the vessel with Phase A1 and mix for 15 minutes at ~900 rpm. Combine Phase B ingredients in the main vessel. Mix under a dispersing blade at 500rpm until homogeneous. Slowly add Phase A to the main beaker for one minute at 500rpm. Stop mixing as soon as the phases are combined. Longer mixing at the end can result in lower viscosity.
