In the main vessel combine all of Phase A1 except for the disteardimonium hectorite. Under a dispersing blade sprinkle in the disteardimonium hectorite then mix under moderate sheer for 10-15 minutes. Premix Phase A2 using a three-roller mill. Add Phase A2 and mix well until smooth and uniform. In a side vessel, combine Phase B until salt has dissolved. Emulsify by adding Phase B to Phase A under low shear ~700-1000rpm then increase speed up to 3000rpm for 3 mins. STABILITY: - F/T 3 Cycles (-20°C/RT): Passed - 4°C, 25°C, 40°C and 50°C - 3 Months: Passed
