Procedure

Add B to A at 75°C and stir with a paddle at 150rpm. Mix C at 80°C. Add glycerin to water, stirring slowly with a homo mixer at 1,400rpm and stir at 3,000 rpm for one minute. Cool down stirring with a paddle. Add D to Vistanol GDHR-Pure and stir with a paddle at 100rpm for 10 minutes.

Properties

pH 5.0-6.0 (25°C Brookfield viscometer No. 4, 12rpm). This formulation is stable for two months under the condition of 0°C, 25°C and 50°C.

Note

A non-silicone conditioner formulated with Promois WR-CAQ, a rice-derived hair conditioning ingredient for controlling frizz. It has been confirmed that the formulation effectively suppresses hair frizz caused by waviness under high humidity conditions. The addition of Vistanol GDHR-Pure, which offers a smooth, silicone-like feel similar to dimethicone, leaves hair feeling sleek and silky.
