“I am thrilled to join the Function of Beauty team at this pivotal point in the Company’s growth trajectory,” said Belsito. “Function of Beauty is truly one-of-a-kind, and my vision is to leverage our proprietary manufacturing platform, strong distribution footprint, and best-in-class product offering to redefine what’s possible in personal care—putting the consumer at the center of every formula and reshaping the industry in the process. I plan to work closely with our talented team and our national retail partners to make this vision a reality.”

Belsito will augment the company’s existing sales, marketing and innovation capabilities, bringing over 10 years of leadership in building global brands by driving growth across both retail and DTC channels. Most recently, Belsito held the position of chief marketing officer at Sabra Dipping Company, where she led transformative marketing and growth strategies to accelerate retail sales, culminating in Pepsi’s acquisition of Sabra in late 2024. Prior to Sabra, Belsito spent over six years as the founding chief marketing officer of LOLA, expanding the platform from its DTC roots into a scaled, market-leading omnichannel brand in the feminine care category.
