Officials say the effort marks a major step in holding the beauty industry accountable with real action, transparency and measurable environmental and social impact.

Saie wants to lead beauty’s next sustainability movement, and there’s nothing plastic about it.
A new initiative, Planet Beautiful – a first-of-its-kind, female-founded, multi-brand initiative – aims to clean plastic waste from the planet.
Launching Monday, July 14, Planet Beautiful is powered by The Saie Climate Initiative in partnership with rePurpose Global along with three fellow clean beauty brands at Sephora: iNNBEAUTY Project, Crown Affair and Henry Rose to collectively recover one million pounds of plastic waste from the environment. The recycled material will be transformed into plastic lumber to build homes, playgrounds, and schools in India, Indonesia and Colombia.
As the campaign lead, Saie is setting a new standard for what sustainability in beauty can look like with collective action, credible partnerships and circular solutions at the core. Officials say the effort marks a major step in holding the beauty industry accountable with real action, transparency and measurable environmental and social impact.
Saie also introduced its latest product in its best-selling Slip Tint family – Slip Tint Undetectable Baked Setting Powder.
The skin-like powder disappears into skin and sets in looks for eight hours. Available in five creamy translucent shades – from very light to rich – this setting step blurs, brightens and smooths complexions undetectably.
Developed with the same baked technology in the brand’s February launch of SuperSuede Baked Blush, Slip Tint is packed with “clean,” hydrating ingredients that are safe for all ages and skin types. Its breathable, non-comedogenic formula absorbs excess oil and shine without looking cakey, settling into pores/fine lines or emphasizing texture for a natural radiant finish, per the brand.
Jojoba esters create a flexible film on skin that helps with wear. Licorice root extract and hectorite help to smooth, brighten and blur the appearance of skin. Ethically sourced mica and silica provide a natural-radiant finish to the skin. Hyaluronic acid and planet-derived squalane lock in moisture and support natural skin hydration.
Launching alongside the new powder is Saie’s companion brush, The All-Over Powder Brush.Slip Tint Undetectable Baked Setting Powder retails for $32 on saiehello.com.
