World Perfumery Congress organizers are accepting proposals for podium presentations. The WPC is set for June 23-25, 2026 in Monterey, CA.
WPC 2026 invites compelling 30-minute educational presentations from industry leaders innovators and experts across the global fragrance and flavor ecosystem. With a scenic backdrop in Monterey, California, and a curated audience of top-tier professionals, this is your opportunity to share breakthrough research, creative insight and cutting-edge technology, according to organizers.
WPC is accepting proposals in four categories:
• Perfumery – Creative processes, artistry, cultural influence, olfactive trends, formulating techniques, inspiration sources
• Technology – AI, formulation tools, digital scent
• Sensory – Cross-modal experiences, consumer testing, sensorial design
• Neuroscience – Scent-memory links, emotional response, cognitive impact
Eligible submitters include fragrance industry professionals (perfumers and fragrance designers) and academic professionals.
All sessions must be educational in nature, and must be conducted in English. Presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging and sampling costs. Submissions perceived as promotional, commercial, or product-centric will not be accepted for the educational program. Such submissions will be redirected with opportunities to participate in the conference as sponsored workshops, which are separately curated.
As a featured speaker, you’ll gain global visibility, position yourself as a thought leader and connect directly with a high-level audience of fragrance professionals, including perfumers, brand owners, manufacturers and suppliers. Proposals including live or interactive sampling will receive special consideration.
Note: All sessions will be recorded for promotional and historical purposes only.

All proposals will be reviewed by the WPC advisory board and program director. Selected speakers will be notified by September 30, 2025.
