Procedure

Introduce phase A in the main vessel. At RT, sprinkle in phase B ingredients both together under mixing and homogenize until the gel is smooth while heating to 75°C. At 65-70°C add phase C and mix well. In a side beaker, heat phase D to 75°C and mix until homogeneous and fully dissolved. At 75°C, add phase B into the main vessel and homogenize well, the emulsion should be homogenous. Start to cool down the batch. At 35°C, add phase E, then phase F and mix until color is evenly dispersed. Stop at 25°C.
