Procedure

Phase A - Combine in side vessel. Heat to 75-80°C and mix until uniform. Phase B - Add to main vessel. Mix until uniform. Phase C - Pre-mix Phase C and add to main vessel. Add slowly, ensuring that the powders wet and disperse completely. Add Phase A to BC (oil to water). Increase mixing speed as needed and homogenize if necessary until desired texture is achieved. Phase D - Add to batch with sweep mixing. Phase E - Pre-mix Phase E and add. Phase F - Add Phase F and mix thoroughly.
