AAK USA, a leading ingredient supplier specializing in value-adding specialty fats and oils, has appointed Nurani Uddin senior account manager for the personal care team.

In her role, Uddin will leverage nearly a decade of B2B sales experience within the cosmetics and personal care industry to support AAK’s global growth with a special focus on customers in the USA.

Vito Cataldo, senior manager, personal care, AAK USA, Inc., said her unique background as a cosmetic chemist and creative approach to sales and marketing positions her as an ideal addition to the team.

Uddin will identify customer- and territory-specific business opportunities, working in close collaboration with the global and regional account teams, to set objectives and drive development and implementation of customer- and territory-specific strategies and actions to create impactful relationships and drive customer success.

She previously served as key account manager at Ashland, account manager and cosmetic chemist at EMD Performance Materials and worked with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Inc.
