Phase A - In main vessel, add Phase A in formula order with prop mixing (100 to 200rpm) until uniform. Phase B - In a side vessel, add Phase B in formula order with prop mixing at 100 to 300 rpm until uniform. Very gradually add Phase B to Phase A with increased mixing speed to create a small vortex (approx. 500 to 600rpm). Avoid pooling the water on the surface by increasing the prop speed as needed. Note the time taken to add the water phase and continue mixing for the time taken to add the water completely. Phase C - Add Phase C, then homogenize the batch, as needed, for 1 to 2 minutes at 3000 rpm. Transfer to holding vessel.
