Traackr, an Influencer Marketing platform, has released its annual list of top-performing beauty brands—ranked by VIT Score.
Sephora tops the list as the number one US beauty brand, with a score that’s almost double that of the next four brands on the list—L’Oréal Paris, Rare Beauty, Kylie Cosmetics and Fenty Beauty.
The Brand Vitality Score, or “VIT,” is a unique metric developed by Traackr’s Data Science team that measures and combines scores based on Visibility, Impact, and Trust. The metric allows brands to track, measure, and improve their ROI on influencer campaigns.Traackr’s platform and VIT scores make it possible to analyze a campaign’s performance over time, track a brand’s rank among competitors, identify ways to improve a campaign’s performance, and more.
Traackr further ranked the top-performing US brands of the year by category. In Makeup and Cosmetics, Rare Beauty is in the top spot with an 825K VIT score—and that’s a big lead over Kylie Cosmetics, ranked second, with 560K VIT, and Fenty Beauty ranked third, with 525K VIT.
In Skincare, CeraVe is in the top spot with 327K VIT, followed closely by Neutrogena with 294K VIT and Glow Recipe with 238K VIT.In Hair Care, L’Oréal Paris is number one with 329K VIT. Redken comes in at a close second with 275K VIT, followed by Dyson with 215K VIT.In Fragrance, Sol de Janeiro is number one with 117K VIT, followed by Dior with 100K VIT and YSL with 83.9K VIT.
