Cold process: Weight oil phase A and mix ingredients until everything is homogeneous. Add phase B and disperse with rotor stator until homogeneous. Prepare pigment phase C: wet pigments into Cetiol CC and Emulium Illustro and run through the 3-roll mill three times. Check dispersion. Add phase C into phase A+B and homogenize with rotor stator. Prepare water phase D and solubilize the salts. Proceed with the emulsion of water phase D added slowly into oil phase A+B+C under rapid mixing. Then increase to high shear (rotor/stator 3,000 rpm) for 10 minutes. Add one by one separately phases E, F and G. Keep medium mixing and check the correct incorporation of every phases.
Aspect: Liquid beige emulsion. >97% natural origin (ISO 16128). Viscosity: Brookfield RV (spindle A, speed 5): approximately 6,200 mPa.s after 24 hours.
