Micro Powders, Inc. has named Shayma Ayvaz sales manager of the Americas for its personal care division.

Ayvas previously worked for a specialty chemical manufacturer as technical sales account manager and technical sales director for a global cosmetic company. Additionally, she has worked as a formulation and ingredient chemist for industry-leading skincare and cosmetic companies.
