Procedure

Phase A - Heat water to 80°C. Add Endicare SD-P. Mix and heat until fully dissolved. The solution may appear hazy at this step. Phase B - Add Phase B ingredients in formula order. Discontinue heat after Endinol Mild SCT-40 is in solution. Adjust pH to ~6. Batch will thicken and become clear. Phase C - At or below 40°C, pre-mix Phase C and add to batch. Phase D - Add Phase D and mix completely. Cool to room temperature.

Properties

pH: 5.5 to 6.0. Viscosity: Spindle 5 @ 30 rpm - 7,500 to 8,000 cP. Appearance: Clear viscous soap.
