Phase A - Add to main vessel and mix at low speed until uniform. Heat to 70-75°C. Phase B - Combine liquids of Phase B in a separate vessel and begin heating to 70-75°C. At 55-60°C, add the remainder of Phase B and continue to heat to 70-75°C until uniform. At temperature, add Phase B to Phase A slowly and increase mixing speed as needed to combine the two phases. Discontinue heat and begin cooling to 40-45°C. Phase C - Add slowly to batch and continue cooling completely.
pH: 5.5 to 6.5. Viscosity: spindle No. 4 @ 2.5 rpm = 60,000 to 70,000 cP. Appearance: white viscous cream.
