Procedure

Heat Phase A1A2 to 80°C with overhead stirrer. Sprinkle Phase B onto water and continue stirring until dispersed. Add Phase C and D to the mixture. Combine the ingredients of Phase E in a separate beaker and heat to 80°C. Slowly pour Phase E into ABCD with strong agitation and continue to stir for five minutes. Cool to 60°C with moderate agitation—when at 60°C increase stirring speed for five minutes. Cool to room temperature. Add Phases F, G and H. Adjust pH with Phase I. Add the remaining ingredients with stirring.

Properties

Appearance: Rose colored sorbet/gel cream. Odor: IFF Fragrance (Lotus Mist). pH: 5.0-6.0. Viscosity: 45,000-55,000 cPs. Stability: @40°C and RT: stable 3 month minimum. NOI (ISO 16128): 96.70%.
