Charge water into the mixing vessel. With smooth agitation, slowly sift in Jaguar Excel. Mix until uniform. Acidify with 50% citric acid solution to pH 3.5-4.5. When clear, add the Miracare BC-27. Mix until clear. Charge the fragrance solution if desired; mix until homogeneous. Charge the preservative system; mix until homogeneous. Add the citric acid to bring the pH into the recommended range (6.3-6.5). Mix for 30 minutes.
