Add the following ingredients one by one while stirring vigorously into a clean mixing container: DI water, Acrylates/C10 u2013 C30 alkyl acrylated crosspolymer, monopropylene glycol. Heat to 75°C. Add the following ingredients one by one while stirring vigorously into another clean mixing container: Zn stearate, glyceryl stearate and PEG 100 stearate, cetyl alcohol, Drakeol 7 LT mineral oil NF, Ultima white petrolatum USP, shea butter. Heat to 75°C. Combine first mixture into second mixture, add the triethanolamine and cool to 45°C. Add the remaining components and mix thoroughly.
