Phase A: In a suitable mixing vessel add disodium EDTA to deionized water with mixing. Mix until dissolved. Add Carbopol Aqua SF-2 polymer to batch with gentle mixing. Add Sulfochem EA-2 (2 mole) surfactant with gentle mixing. Mix until uniform. Neutralize batch to pH 6.4 - 6.7 with sodium hydroxide (18%). Mix until uniform Add Chembetaine CAD surfactant with gentle mixing. Phase B: In a separate vessel premix ingredients 7-9. Mix until uniform. Add ingredients 10-11 to phase B one at a time with gentle mixing. Mix until uniform. Add phase B to phase A with gentle mixing. Mix until uniform. Add citric acid (10%) to batch to reduce pH to 5.0. Add ingredients 13-15 to batch in order, one at a time with mixing. Mix until uniform.
