Phase B

  • Aloe Vera Gel, Decolorized 10X (Terry Laboratories) (Aloe barbadensis leaf juice (and) water (aqua))
  • 1.00
  • Cucumber Extract (EG-108) (Indena) (Propylene glycol (and) water (aqua)(and) cucumis sativus (cucumber) fruit extract)
  • 0.50
  • Euxyl K 712 (schülke & mayr) (Sodium benzoate (and) potassium sorbate)
  • 0.50

Procedure

In Phase A, add deionized water to the main vessel. Add Structure XL starch into the water and heat to 40°C. Mix until hydrated at moderate speed. In Phase B, combine ingredients one at a time. Add Phase B to A and mix until a uniform serum is formed.

Properties

Appearance—Translucent, colorless gel; Viscosity—10000-14000 cps RVTC, 10 rpm, 25°C; pH—5.0-6.0.
