Combine phase A and heat to 80-83°C with mixing using a dispersing blade. Combine phase B and heat to 80-83°C with mixing. Slowly add phase B to phase A and emulsify for approx.. 10 minutes. Add phase C to phase AB and mix until uniform. Pour into mold at 75-83°C. Higher temperature preferred due to thickness of bulk. Note: airtight packaging preferred due to high percentage of water.
