I assist companies with successfully labeling, marketing and selling their consumer health and personal care products to consumers. I focus my practice in the areas of FDA’s regulation of food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, drug and medical-device products as well as FTC and state regulation of the marketing and sale of consumer products. I represent companies that are engaged in the development, marketing, import and export of both FDA-regulated and other consumer products, including apparel and appliances. I also counsel consumer health and product companies facing advertising challenges, and defend companies in investigations conducted by the FDA, FTC, and state agencies regarding product marketing practices as well.
